Auto Send Chat Transcript

Can we have the option to send Chat Transcript automatically once the chat is finished?

Also, an option to copy the chat transcript to his/her manager or team head.

100% agree. Given that the bots have qualiifcation of leads capabilities and can then hand off to a live chat, we find this to be constantly frustrating.

100% agree on this one. This creates an additional step for reps, who can forget, one fewer thing to remember with high volume inbound. Also creates better transparency for the organization and customers. Not to mention increases good support service that creates another contextually relevant pathway for subsequent inbound traffic. Please add this an option to auto-send chat transcripts. ( I feel like this had been an option, now it's a second step click to send the transcript. Should be a way in preferences to have this default selected on.)

It would be nice if this could also work with the workflows. If a customer sends a request after the office closes, he gets a mail, when the support is online and sends the answer.

+1 We need that, sometimes it's impossible to reply in time and if we can receive an email, it's necessary to avoid any forgotten situation and any unanswered customer.

Does anyone know if this is can be achieved through a workflow automation?? We really need this and cannot find a way to automatically send chat transcripts to supervisors.

100%! i would love to be able to automatically email the chat transcript to specific team members

This is crazy this is not available right now. 

Once the customer leaves the browser they are oblivious to the support.

It's 2024 now and still can't believe this is not available on HubSpot live chat. Any idea when it will be launched? Isn't it just a basic fix and all other livechat software already had it in the first place??
