We have decently unique customer base apparently. A lot of our customers move from firm to firm often. When they do we change the associated company. What we've found is that in order to have their info (Company Name and Phone Number) on our columns we have to manually type it in to properties. The email is not a huge deal as it is unique to the contact, but the phone and company is not. As I see it, when you make a new company association, you have to remove the old one first, so why not auto-populate info? My thought is the reasoning is probably that the phone number may not be associated with the company for some, but it seems it would just be a preference to choose what you want auto-populated.
