Right now, when you close out a chat, the only person it emails with the transcript automatically is the person chatting in. Can we make this customizable so we can auto send the transcript interally as well to whatever email we want to set up for it?
For example, any support chats I want to automatically send to our support email and to our CSM email, right now all that is done manually.
