Auto CC emails based on Ticket Property Value

It would be helpful to be able to automatically CC another HubSpot user/team on emails through tickets when a property (i.e. Priority) is set to highest escalation rather than manually adding them in.

We would appreciate this functionality, particularly to loop in a customer's Success Manager whenever they raise a service desk ticket.
