Auto Associated Contact with Company when Company/Contact is Associated with Ticket
Hi Team, (On behalf of customer)
The customer noticed that their tickets
- The ticket has an associated contact and an associated company but notices that when they clicked into the contact, the contact does not have the same associated company.
Is there a way that the system can flag for missing associated company when the ticket is associated with a company.
Ideally Hubspot will prompt the user and ask, would you like to associate the contact to the company 🙂
