Outside of the inbox function being generally awful, without any ability to prioritize messages, snooze messages, or any other basic functions that gmail would offer... It also plays terribly with the ticketing function in Hubspot.
We often get several inquiries regarding the same issue, which can all come on separate email threads. Of course when we receive the first message, we can "create ticket" from within the inbox to track the project over time.
Then, somebody else from a company may contact us regarding the same issue, follow up on an open issue, etc.... but will do so via new email thread. We need the ability to associate this new email thread with the already open ticket. Similar to the functionality in deals where you can "creat new deal" or "associate with existing deal."
