We have attachments which come in on email from suppliers and automatically attach to the Ticket. However when we want to send out a new email to a client and attach that attachment fro, the supplier that is already stored in the ticket, we have to download the attachment first and then re-upload to the email. It would be far simpler to be able to select a file already attached to the ticket.
