I need to be able to attach a file in some attach property to be sure that the file will be sent automatically to my customer, so I don't have to open each contact/deal/ticket/company to send an email manually.
We wouid really need this as well! We create tickets and deals with a lot of attachments and then we have some email templates for standard emails that should be sent but there is no way to even of attaching the attachements from the record but first having to download to you own computer before you upload again.
looking for a solution to solve this common problem, we have published in the HubSpot marketplace "Attach Files in Properties" app. The app allows you to automatically populate a property with a downloadable link of that file.
A contact property should be used as a personalization token in sales or marketing emails. So, from now on, you can manage and dynamically share file links in your emails.
Once the process is set up, you can create a workflow to automatically trigger contacts when that property is populated, for example.

this feature is requested by lots of customers, I believe this would be great to have. As a support rep I have seen lots of cases where customers are asking the same! I hope this can be implemented soon!
