Associations need to be OPTIONAL, not automatically checked
Associations being automatically checked and linked to Contacts, Companies, Deals, Notes, Tickets and everything it cares to connect with is killing our experience with HubSpot.
Our system is now full of unrelated, irrelevant information being attached all over the place and our teams are swamped with unnecessary information.
Trying to find the Associations dropdown is hard to begin with – and unchecking masses of boxes every time we send an email, add a note etc. is totally unmanageable.
There are masses of issues posted in the forums about this, with HubSpot developers saying back in 2019 that it is being looked at. But is it?
This is a huge pain point for us and this post is our last option before we consider a new CRM which we would hate to do after such an investment. But it’s that bad.
