Associating and Tracking second email on invoice send tool
While we can add CCed email addresses when sending an invoice using the invoice tool. The CCed emails are not being associated with the contact or the deal. Therefore, there is no way ot tracking the send or reciept of the invoice to the CCed contact.
Additionally, there is no good work around. As in many cases the client needs more than one person copied on the invoice email and receiving two emails or duplicate invoices creates confusion for the client.
Adding the email tracking to cc'ed recipients would allow for a much more accurate communication string with much less confusion.
