Our company is desperate to get all activity in associated contacts, companies, deals, and tickets to stay in the activity log to reduce some of the communication breakdowns we have had in the past. The desktop version of hubspot does a great job of crosslinking all these to keep the activity feed associated, but the phone app is not giving us the same options for our sales and operations who are working exclusively in the field on their phones. These associations are not getting captured and now the same activity feed is breaking down. Miscommunication and not seeing phone calls and emails in our activity feed is wreaking havoc. Please help!
