Hi I would like to submit for Products not to be associated just to a deal. This information should be able to pull across to the company record, the contact level and then a workflow to tickets could be implemented.
This would mean that when a customer submits a support ticket then the company or contact record is connected to the ticket...if Products could pull through to the ticket my support team will then know which license the customer subscribes to and then the correct support can be given to the client as the support team will easily be able to view what license the customer has.
Currently in the porting process to move over from Dynamics to Hubspot and need to setup our Product list and really need this to be associated to the Comapnies section so we can easily have the Suppliers listed and look at their range and report more effectively
To be able to send a marketing email to a segmented customer list based on a specific product they have purchased must be a PRIMARY function for any CRM system, correct?
Is there any update on the development of this feature?
Would be interested to track the products being bought by individual clients, or those that they may be interested in. Not every product is/will need to be packed in a deal
Is there any update on this? Will be ideal to track products bought, or client's interest in individual product as not every product will have to be packaged in a deal.
Customer buying history is one of the basic functions of a good CRM... it creates better customer interaction because it gives us the sales team insight into their buying habits and trends. You have a million crative workflows for everything... why not create one that would simply populate a product line items in a card that can be viewed within company and/or contact center panel...
THIS IS A HUGE IMPACT function that also effects valuable reporting and marketing planning.
For us, we sell used phones and knowing what types of phones, lock status and condition are the 3 main talking points. So if I can't see what one of my 100's of customers is buying, I may look for another tool (CRM) like Zoho for example to go with. THIS IS "MISSION CRITICAL"!
Honestly someone high up should be really looking at this particular functionality it is absolutely and utterly imperative that we have this it is incredibly surprising that this is not already a function
