Definitely, when I can associate multiple companies to a Deal, why not creating quotes for them?
It works with contacts but not with companies?
BTW, I just found a workaround. You have to assign the company in the Deal as primary, create the quote and then back to the original primary company. Not nice...
Yes this is a neccessity for any B2B company where we do business through multiple channels like partners, resellers, distributors, system integrators, MSSPs, etc.. Only having the ability to include the primary company on the quote, especially when we can have multiple companies on a deal, is not ideal.
Though I am in Revops and prefer Hubspot myself, lack of B2B functionality like this reflects very poorly on Hubspot with Sales leaders in particular. This always seems to lead back to conversations outside of my control with sales wanting to move back to Salesforce when we run into these issues.
Indeed, we have the same problem. We have relations who order for a customer of theirs, to whom we have to deliver and the invoice then has to go to another contact at the first company.
We work with labels for companies and contacts. Deliver to, invoice to and ordered by. Surely if a company has a certain label it should be easy to put this on a quotation you would say. That does not necessarily have to be just the label primairy....
This way, the data is also perfectly transferred to Exact Online. Works perfectly, but I can't get it into a quotation, which I find a bit strange.
Yes, we really need this to be a feature. We have third party buyers for some of our customers and I need both the buyer and ship to client to be on the quotes. Please Please Please make this happen! 🙏
Yes, this is very important for B2B companies. Often the quoted company is owned by a separate entity which will pay the invoice and also in the case of channel and distribution customers.
Essential. Along with the option to include the association label. So each company can be identified on the quote as to their association to the document.
Upvote from me too! Yes please - multiple delivery addresses in use. Being able to put all data on the one quote as it is for one company, just at different locations, would be great. Just adding to what has already been suggested above. Hope this becomes a reality in the tool soon.
