Associate form submissions with the company aswell as just the contact
We had an enquiry from our website and it pulled through to Hubspot - it created the company profile and the contact profile. I noticed this morning so checked out the company page but couldn't see any activity and then I went on the contact profile and I could see the activity and see that they had filled in the form on the website etc.
It would be good to associate form submissions with the company activity as well as just the contact - when someone submits a form on our website, I want it to come up in Hubspot on the company page as well as the contact page.
I should think this would be a very simple and quick feature that Hubspot developers could add and would be very useful for the end-user using Hubspot.
I agree this would be incredibly useful! We use forms to capture webinar sign ups and we would be able to pull reports to see how many people from specific clients attended rather than having to manually search
I agree! It would be helpful for sales reps to be able to view all form submissions that have happened for contacts associated to a company within the company record.
Almost three years since the first request and still no action. What is that community for? It would be great if there is a form submission record in the company.
Absolutely agree! When you look into the company property history, you can actually see that form submissions are listed there. why aren't they shown in activities?
Went looking on the community for a solution to this very problem and have to admit, I'm devasted that since 2021, there has been no official update. Why can't a form submission be seen as an activity when looking at a company. We use forms as a way to register partners for training, hence being able to analyse submissions would save huge amount of time exporting forms to compile to build a report. Come on Hubspot, pull the finger out!
It's so strange that this isn't possible yet. HubSpot is B2B right?
It is very common to have a buyer committee or DMU of multiple contacts. It is very common that one company has 10+ contacts. And it is very common that sales would like to see who did what at an organisation. But it's even more common that they will not click on 10+ contacts to see their individual forms activity, which would have been an awesome conversation starter in their first meeting.
What's even more strange is that it's already in the UI. On a company activity, you can filter on form submissions. But it doesn't work and shows nothing:
When my HS admin told me it is not possible to have form at company level, I laughed so hard, I ended up on this forum ... and now guess who is laughing? please make this happen !!!!!
