Associate Sub Topics with Specific Topics in Tickets



We would like to to be able to create Topics with a drop down list of options and when one of those options is chosen it allows an agent to choose a sub topic associated with that Topic . The topic  therefore will determine the list of Sub Topics that are shown to an agent.  Then those sub topics could have conditions as to next action, if any.  (i.e. Topic = Refund; Sub Topic = Refund Issued, Refund Not issued, Further information required.  Condition if Refund is Issued = Refund Value = £x. At the moment we would have to create X number of Topics and have the Sub Topics in the drop down box and this makes the screen very 'busy'.
