I have set up marketing automation workflows based on a deal pipeline.
When the automationm triggers a marketing email, it would be very helpful for that email to be logged to the deal (in addition to the contact record, and maybe even company record).
I need this too! And also to be able to associate a marketing email with a ticket - both manually and via an email. You can vote for similar ideas here and here.
