There is not a way to see/assign Marketing Emails to the Company record, and should be. We try to associate every contact record/activity with a company to have a central place for all company sales and support activity, especially when dealing with multiple contacts in one company. These HS-generated emails are often automated, new company and onboarding emails that our support team is trying to find out whether an email was sent, opened, etc, and should not have to click into each contact record associated with a company, or go in Marketing Emails, to see that company-related activity.
