Associate Chatflow Conversations with Associated Company
I want the ability to auto associate a chatflow conversation to an associated company record. Currently it only associates at the contact level. I am manually add the company association but that's an extra step I don't always remember to go back and do. Anytime you log a call, email, add a note, task, etc at the contact level, it defaults to also associated it to associated company. Why isn't that same setting available for chat conversation activities?
This is super helpful - also if you're in a transaction-heavy line of business (like us), the ability to associate specific chats with deals would be very helpful so you can pull information that is related to the transaction into the response.
The associated company shows in the chat window. Chat from "Jane, Marketing Director at Company A". So, it doesn't make sense that these aren't auto-logged to the company record as well as the contact record. Most of our companies have multiple contacts and you need a holistic, combined view of their sales & support chats. I don't even see a way to do it manually from the chat window, without clicking through to the contact.
I support this idea : It is essential to have a complete picture of a company's recent conversations and to track their conversations with our customer service.

I completely agree. We also need the chat history at the company to have a quick overview of which chats were last opened. Unfortunately, it is not enough for us to see this via the reports.
Please implement this feature! It's difficult to know where a conversation is without going into a contact's 'activity', so it's wasting time and occasionally results in us sending an extra message.
Yep. This needs to happen. Silly that it doesn't already. The company does show in the chat already so if a contact is associated to a company, then the chat should as well.
