It would be nice to have the ability to associate a contact with multiple companies/job titles. Currently, the only way to do this is through the creation of the custom fields.
In my industry specifically (Medical Industry), I have noticed that there are plenty of contacts that could be associated with multiple positions and companies and it'd help to have this feature.

I second this idea. I work with schools and teachers and more often than not a teacher will work at more than one school as well as an after-school club. We currently have to hold separate contact records for each of their roles rather than having the one contact associated with multiple companies in different roles which defeats the purpose of having a crm.
