Our company uses Contact Owner as the primary Account Executive working with the client. However, we also have LMS Contact Owner if they're interested in our LMS product, and Custom Contact Owner if they are interested in our custom solutions product. We also have our Business Development Reps owning a contact as the BDR Contact Owner if they are still being sorted into one of the other three owner catagories.
When I create a chat I want the chat to automatically be sorted to the BDR Contact Owner, unless it is unassigned then to send it to that group. But currently we can only assign it to the default Contact Owner automtically. Would love to see that change.
