Assign ticket to next person online

We do have offline hours, but tickets will be randomly assigned or unassigned during that time by the chatbot.
Now, it would be awesome if there was a trigger, setting or workflow to assign tickets automatically in the moment one dedicated person gets online.
In the support that means avoiding loss of tickets and resolving them as soon as possible.

On behalf of a cust, +1 to this idea! Rep availability differs a lot and with various channels where the tickets are coming through, it would be useful to to have tickets be assigned according to availability.

The ability to assign an incoming ticket to the next available agent is a must!
