Assign article language on knowledgebase import

At the moment if you import a knowledgedbase article you cannot assign a language for the article. They will always be imported as your default language. 

This means importing a multi-lang KB requires manually updating the lang of the articles and then manually assigning them as a languagre variant of the primary language. 

 

You should be able to set the language within a column in your import CSV and ideally define which articles are a language variation of others through the CSV.
