Assign Chat Agent to Contact Ownter



The Problem:

We have ran into an issue that I thought would be a lot easier to resolve than actually is. There doesn't seem to be a conversation property for owner that is assignable or can be copied to the contact, nor there seems to be a functionality within the chatflows to assign ownership when an agent gets assigned a chat.


What I would like to see:

Within the chatflows, when doing a round-robin rotation, to have a tick box that you could select or de-select to assign (or not) the agent a contact ownwership if the contact owner is unknown. If the user would chose to assign contact ownership a new tick box could be displayed to ask if the user would like to overwrite or not an eventual existing owner. This would make things a lot easier than they are today.
