As a member of the CS team, I can see which sequence a contact is enrolled in
Problem:
As a member of the CS team, I often need to enroll contacts who have already been sold in post-coaching/training sequences to ensure they are taking action after our session.
A contact can only be in one sequence at a time.
If a contact is already in a sequence, I cannot easily see from the Contact Record which Sequence they are enrolled in.
If they are enrolled in a Marketing Sequence, I can inform that team that I am unenrolling them for now, as they are in a different part of the customer journey.
