During the week or month, I have several questions pending at Hubspot service. Some are urgent, some less so. That is why I use both email and chat for this.
However, when I look in my personal inbox, I only have the choice to filter on all tickets, open tickets and closed tickets. And tickets close automatically after a few days.
I know you can bookmark tickets, but it would be useful to be able to archive closed tickets (those that are actually done, and not automatically closed). So that only the "to-do" tickets are still in my inbox.
Yes, I AGREE i was asking the same quetion as I want to archive my closed tickets for each year and only work with my tickets for the current year. Will be great if this option can be available
Are we discussing the support tickets between our companies and HubSpot, or do I need to submit a separate suggestion for this? I'd love the ability to archive support tickets that I no longer need, while also organizing the tickets that address questions I might want to refer back to later, so I don’t have to ask the same question twice. Currently, I only see options for All Tickets, Open Tickets, and Closed Tickets. It would be helpful to categorize tickets based on the problems they solve or the questions they answer for better future reference.
