+1 this would be great. We currenlty use 3rd party tool for Apple Business CHat which doesn't talk to hubspot very well, would love this!

This is still a need for our company. The future is IOS....support for Apple Business Chat in HubSpot is a must for our service team. We also use a third party app to support this (not ideal at all)
