Let's assume I'm maintaing an option set in an external system (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics) and want to 'synch' it in Hubspot and that I'm synching the systems over an API. I'd like to be able to append a new option to the property in Hubspot side over the API. Currently this is not possible (I can only read an existing property or create a new property with one-off option set).
