Any CTA has been clicked option for Calls-to-action workflow triggers

Form submissions trigger has a "Any form submission" option, but for CTAs we have to manually add to our workflow trigger every time a new CTA is added. It would be amazing to have otpions for "Any CTA has been (seen, hasn't been seen, clicked, hasn't been clicked)" in addition to the one by one CTA options now. This would allow us to set our workflow trigger to be "Any CTA has been clicked" to futher our lifecycle stage movement. As it stands now maintaining the workflow and updating each new CTA is very manual and could leave room for error if a CTA was left out.
