When publishing knowledge base articles, it would be helpful to have the ability to include anchor links to the different headings in an article. This way, technical writers and publishers could create articles with a table of contents and make their articles easier and more simple for users to navigate.
We could also use these anchor links to link to a specific heading within an article from another location, so we could prvoide users with the specific route.
Yes, I was just looking for it. Another use-case we would use it for, is to have a FAQ section in the knowledge base. Like this we could list our questions. After someone clicks on it, the anchor link would move to the question with its answer.
YES! It is frustrating that you do not already have the ability to create a table of contents with anchor links considering that Hubspot does this for their own Academy articles and even advises you to include a a table of contents in theirguide to writing knowledge base articles.
