The option of inserting anchors in marketing emails would be a great feature to add, enabling us to create links to different sections in my newsletter.

This would be really good. I'm pretty new to Hubspot and this is quite a basic one that I'm surprised isn't an option - it is in all other email software I've used (mailchimp, campaign monitor etc).
Found a way through HTML coding. Basically add the HTML code in the marketing email just above the section where you want the anchor using code <a name="insert-Keyword"></a><br/>
And then go back up to your Agenda and add the link in the agenda using #insert-keyword.
Absolutely agree...this is a standard operating function in other email platforms and should be an out-of-the-box feature for HubSpot emails. Please add this feature as soon a possible!!!

Yes I would like to see this feature too. We used to use it in marketo - sorry don't like to use a competitor as a reason to do things but it was a handy feature.
