Yes please, we also really need to measure and track our snippet use! I like to analyze how efficient my team members work. Which snippets they use or not use. And how often they are using them.
Agreed - we've got loads of snippets created by and possibly being used by other members of the team but no way of cleaning up the list for ones which haven't been used for a period of time.
This is a feature that we'd like as well, having this feature gives us an opportunity to both optimise our contact handling, but also gain an overview of how our communication with the customers is doing.
We'd be able to analyze the outliers a lot better in this regard.
In addition to the above, it would be awesome to be able to utilize snippet and template triggers in workflows. For example my team uses different responses based on what the end user is asking and for tracking the team then needs to update property values. It would be awesome to be able to automatically update ticket property values based on what the response was to the end user to cut down on manual work the team needs to do for each ticket. Thanks!

This would be a big help for our team in terms of analysing usage across sales and being able to clear them up over time. At the moment the snippets section is a bit messy and difficult to understand how it's being utilised.
Yes please. As an integration partner, our clients like to use Snippets to extend some features in HS, but it only works if they can report on those efforts.
