When labeling an association, it would be better if the labels in the dropdown stayed in the same order. It would save a little time on each one when you are doing several. Alphabetizing would be a simple approach.
With the way it is now, if I label 3 contacts on the same deal and want to give them all the same 2 association labels, the labels are in different places in the dropdown each time, so a little time is wasted scanning to locate the label's new random location each time. I often go through several contacts on many deals in a row to update the labels designating what permissions they currently have in relation to each deal, so not having the labels be in a random order each time would be good.
