Allowing more popular file formats to be uploaded to Help Centre and Support Inbox
Hello!
I have a customer who has requested for HubSpot to amend the file uploader at both the Help Centre and Support Inbox so that it supports PDF, MSG and other popular file formats. While a possible workaround is to upload the files to a file sharing service and to share the URL, being able to upload them directly is more convenient for the customer.
Hopefully this is something the Ideas team can consider implementing?
