Allow workflows to set whether Hubspot contact goes into Salesforce as lead or contact.

Rather forcing us to choose whether we want Hubspot contacts to go into SFDC as leads or contacts, enable us to determine this via workflow or active list. 


For example, we often have a lot of clients that fill out lead forms. Half the time, Hubspot doesn't even associate the lead with the Company profile (even when the email and company domain match), so these people end up getting assigned to a sales reps. 


This is a huge burden for me...
