Allow users to port their existing phone numbers into HubSpot
Hi All, You can now get new a phone number through HubSpot! However, we know that for many of you, getting a new number can be a big deal because your current phone numbers are already used throughout your network.
We are working on offering number porting. Use this post to let us know if you need number porting (and in what countries) and we'll keep you updated on our progress.
We are now in private beta for international porting! 14 new countries that you will be able to port your existing phone numbers over to HubSpot.

Click yourprofile picturein the top right corner, then clickProduct updates.
Click thetabsin the left sidebar menu and select "in beta."
Under "In Beta" type in "International Number Porting."
Click on the beta title and READ the product announcement for all details and to access the beta form.

The fact that this was 2 years ago and still can't be done is surprising. Also their AI chat bot says it can be done but support says it still can't. Hopefully this is implemented soon.
"Steps to Transfer a Number from Twilio to HubSpot:
Access Your Twilio Account:
Log in to your Twilio account where you have the number you want to transfer.
Prepare the Number for Transfer:
Ensure that the number you want to transfer meets the requirements for porting out from Twilio.
Contact HubSpot Support:
Reach out to HubSpot Support to request the transfer of the number from Twilio to your HubSpot account.
Provide the necessary details of the number you wish to transfer and the account it should be assigned to.
Work with HubSpot to Initiate the Transfer:
Work closely with HubSpot's Support team to facilitate the process of transferring the number from Twilio to your HubSpot account.
Verify the Transfer:
Follow any verification steps required by Twilio and HubSpot to confirm the successful transfer of the number.
Assign the Number to Your Account:
Upon successful transfer, ensure that the number is correctly assigned to your HubSpot account so that you can use it for calling purposes within HubSpot.
Testing and Validation:
Test the functionality of the transferred number within HubSpot to ensure it is working as expected for making calls.
Completion:
Once the number has been successfully transferred and assigned to your HubSpot account, you should be able to work and make calls from HubSpot using the transferred number.
If you encounter any issues during the transfer process, it's recommended to seek assistance from both HubSpot and Twilio support teams for further guidance and troubleshooting."
Definitely a big deal for us. We have a lot of in-market numbers that receive the bulk of our inbound sales business and not being able to port those in would be a deal breaker for using HubSpot inbound calling for us.
