Allow users to port their existing phone numbers into HubSpot

Hi All,
You can now get new a phone number through HubSpot! However, we know that for many of you, getting a new number can be a big deal because your current phone numbers are already used throughout your network.
 
We are working on offering number porting. Use this post to let us know if you need number porting (and in what countries) and we'll keep you updated on our progress.

We are now in private beta for international porting! 14 new countries that you will be able to port your existing phone numbers over to HubSpot. 

For more information on the private beta, view the product announcement under Product Updates in your HubSpot account. The announcement has instructions on how to access the private beta form.

• Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then click Product updates.
• Click the tabs in the left sidebar menu and select "in beta."
• Under "In Beta" type in "International  Number Porting."
• Click on the beta title and READ the product announcement for all details and to access the beta form.

I agree and second this motion. We have been an established business for the last 6 years and shouldn't have to change our contact/customer service number for this calling feature to fit our business needs. The current options for phone service are awful, and we've been struggling to find a solution. Hubspot inbound calling using our existing business number would greatly assist our needs in logging tickets for our service calls and we're all for it!

Another vote for the UK. We're not using Hubspot calls yet but we will do as soon as this feature comes available.

This would be especially useful as the only option for the Hubspot number in the UK is a number starting 07 (mobile phone number). This doesn't look very professional and I think most customers would prefer to see a landline number for a business.

Yes, please please  please more options for inbound calls, sms, voicemail for my existing number. I can imagine that it is rare for hubspot to contact a business that doesnt have existing phone numbers. My clients already have my number and I would like to maintain this number. However I would love to be able to keep my activity within the hubspot window.   Please push this through. Can we at least get an update or more info on this potential?  United States!!!

We need this in the USA. We are currently using the DialPad integration, and it isn't elegant at all.

There is no good way to make phone calls quickly and have them associated with the deal you have open. Instead, you have to make the call through the DialPad CTI then go find the created contact to associate with the deal and then go within the contact to associate the specific call.

We do not want to create HubSpot numbers as it creates difficulties when considering we may not always use HubSpot, so being able to port HubSpot numbers would be a different way to solve this problem.

Certainly! Count us in! We've proudly run our business for many years, and we're not keen on changing our contact number just for a calling feature. The available phone service options haven't quite hit the mark for us. HubSpot's inbound calling using our current number, though? That's a solution we can definitely get behind, especially for logging service tickets. 😊📞
