Allow user fields outside of the deal to be used to assign tasks

When using the deal object, currently you can only select a specific person to assign to a task in a workflow or someone on the deal. It would be nice to be able to assign another field (ie CSM Coach) to assign a task without creating a separate workflow starting with company to get to that data.
