Allow to custom views for ticket properties within the Conversations view

Currently, our support team is working on the Conversations view in addressing requests.


However, we need to capture more details like the ticket topic, etc, which we can only edit the 'View more' section of things to enable this to happen. Editing this in turn affects the view of default properties of all tickets in all pipelines, which clearly would be inconvenient if you have multiple departments using Hubspot. 





Being able to customize the properties on the ticket view on the right-hand side of the conversations view + have custom views for different teams would help greatly.


I'd suggest allowing to port in the displayed properties of different existing sections would be most helpful.
