Allow text messages in internal workflows (AGAIN.)
This is a case of extracting value and not adding value to your product. Deciding to remove the option to allow sending internal text messages was another move by HubSpot that hurts users. Your decision to "sunset" a feature many of us already were happily using completely goes again your seemingly pretend goal of making your clients delighted. I hope you reconsider taking away things that work. The system is already so behind Salesforce that it's hard to promote these days. Please don't make your busines case worse by more moves like this and reinstate what you flippantly decide to "take away."
