Allow shared option sets for multiple properties

Currently, option-based properties (dropdown, checkbox, radio) in HubSpot must have separate option lists, even if they contain the same values. This creates extra work and risks inconsistent data.

Proposal:
Add a global option library that can be linked to multiple properties across different objects. Updating the option set once would automatically update all linked properties.

Benefits:

• Ensure consistent data across objects

• Reduce time and effort in managing options

• Improve reporting accuracy
