Allow 'select all', filtering, and exports on 'Fix Formatting' and 'Manage Duplicates' tools.
Fix Formatting and Manage duplicates are useful tools. But they need some more functionality to be really useful. With lots of formatting issues and dupliates to go through, being able to filter them would really help. There are some groups of contacts that we do want to leave in all caps for example, so filtering them out would be a lot easier than finding them and rejecting the fix on those. Similarly, there are some fixes I know I want to 'reject' for all of them, so being able to 'select all' rather than choose 50 at a time would be great. Finally, exporting these so we can look for patterns would also be helpful.
Absolutely. Especially with the new AI-generated "location" fix feature (which is very helpful), doing 50 at a time is untenable. We'd have to go through over 2,000 pages to approve or reject the entire list.
Yeah, this would be useful for me with also thousands of pages to go through. I'd like to be able to filter and prioritise what i clean up. eg: Show me only companies or contacts that have activity in the last 12 months. I'd spend some time cleaning those up right away and then deal with thge others later.
This would be extremely helpful. We are pretty consistent with staying on top of formatting issues and managing duplicates. We like to use personlization tokens in our marketing emails which is why formatting is important. However, the list of contacts in our database that have formatting issues is exponentially larger as a result of Spam contacts.
We have a custom property that allows us to identify contacts as spam and then run them through workflows to make sure they aren't assigned to our team, aren't a marketing contact, etc... However, these contacts are still included in the list that may have formatting issues. The ability to filter those out would make this feature much more efficient and effective.
