Allow reports/ dashboards about chat/ conversations
In my company, we use whastapp via Hubspot, and among some needed improvements, we really need to be able to create a report and dashboard visualization about how many conversations our executives are having.
Such as a daily view, example:
How many conversations (with different clients) happened today:
Juan 10
James 7
Oliver 8
Not by open/ closed conversations, cause in our work, we have ongoing conversations and don't close them.
