Allow "refine filter condition" by contextual date (within 24 hours, e.g.)

In a workflow, I want to know if a contact was sent a specific email within the last 24 hours.

 

I can use "contact was sent email" and refine filter condition by date, but right now I have to provide a specific date.

 

I want to be able to say "within 24 hours" or "2 days ago" etc.
