Allow "," in quick response in chatbots.

It's not possible to use a "," in a quick response. Eg "Yes, connect me to an agent".

Thanks for the observation!


Yes, we can see that a comma becomes the equivalent of an 'enter' or 'return' key. We are taking a look at this and will update when we've fixed this.


As a temporary solution, you should be able to copy and paste in the desired text with the comma (Yes, connect me to an agent) into the quick reply.
