Allow "Rich Text Formatting/Source Code" for Dashboard's "Add images, text or video"

It will be great if we can allow for rich text formatting within the "Add images, text or video" section with the ability to change its source code.

Current Issue: 

• Cannot increase font size more than 36px 
• Cannot vertical align the text (only horizontal align)
• Doesn't resize properly across different screensizes 

Proposed Changes will 

• Allow the above to be resolved and allow for more custom editing and styling 

Use case: 

• Customer tried to use that as section dividers/headers but can't quite center an image that works as a banner (see attached)
