Allow "Deal Owner" property to be edited so that only relevant users are associated with it

Working with our sales team, when we review deals and want to sort by deal owner, we have to scroll through every HubSpot user in our system to get to relevant names (i.e. names of users who aren't even on our sales team and would never be a deal owner). 

Since the "Deal Owner" property is a HubSpot property, it won't allow me to just choose the users who should be actual deal owners. It would be great if there could be a way for us to control this list and enhance the ease of use when looking through our deals. 

As you can see from the photos, all the users with "With Value" = 0, are not relevant to our deals.

Have you set up a team? If you set that up, you can filter on HubSpot Team instead of selecting each deal owner individually.

@Brennon Thanks for that info! We do have teams set up, but we typically review deals on an individual basis (and it seems teams keeps all the deals on the board). Ultimately, a little extra scrolling or typing isn't too big of a time suck, but figured if it can be streamlined that's great!

I do echo the original idea. 

Please let us to at least rearrange the order of the DEAL OWNERS so that the most used values could be at the top of the list.

Now we have our consultants first who do not even work for us 🙂
