Allow more than 5 handoff triggers

In the customer AI agent, 5 trigger words/phrases is not enough, please allow us to have more than 5 triggers

Agreed. My team is pretty happy with how the agent has been coming along. The short answers are great but we need more control when it comes to the hand off. Expanding the trigger limit would help us find gaps in our knowledge base/short answers much quicker than the reporting provided by the agent. We also have a sales team member who works in help desk together with support so we're potentially missing out on sales opportunities without this.
