Allow hide Deal Stage selector in the Create Deal form
Deal Stage cannot be hidden in the Create Deal form. Why?
Sure, it is a required field. But it auto-populates anyway (with first Stage in pipeline), so just store this value (but hidden from user).
Why important? Because.. when visible to users we see that users change the deal stage already when they create a new deal and this causes important workflows to not be triggered (because the deal stage was skipped)
