Allow 'greater than' and 'less than' criteria on properties to be used as re-enrollment trigger

Currently, contact-based Workflows doesn't seem to allow you to use criteria such as 'greater than' and 'less than' as re-enrollment triggers. 


This is a function that would be powerful for marketers as it will allow them to tailor their marketing efforts to different groups of contacts depending on the lead score assigned.
