Allow for modification of Customer Feedback surveys
There are times when client misunderstand the survey values and instead of giving the highest value they select the lowest and visa versa.
Once a survey is submitted we can modify the value we can only delete the survey. Also there are times where perhaps a team members helps someone else and closes out the ticket, but the survey can't be applied to the helpful team member.
The ability to modify an assigned survey result to a differnt team member by an admin or to change the value based on cusotmer discussion is a needed feature.
